Tartx ships your order out as quickly as possible. Standard orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. All orders ship from Colorado, USA. Wholesale, out of stock and made to order items require additional processing time as noted on the product description.
Choose USPS Express Mail (overnight service). If your purchased items are in stock, we are happy to process, box and ship your goodies within 24 hours. This shipping option can be selected during check-out. If your item is out of stock or is made to order we will also try to process your item as soon as possible.
Tartx E-Gift Certificates are also available and are sent through email the day of purchase.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Ordered the wrong size? Not quite the right color? No problem. Unused, unaltered, and unworn items may be returned for tartx store credit/exchange within 60 days of receipt. In the case of a return or exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information here are instructions for either using the easy Tartx Return Label or your own shipping method. Please note that items must be in brand-new condition and should be well-packed, adding insurance and delivery confirmation when returning the item is suggested.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately by e-mail (tartx@tartx.com or Contact Us) or phone 1.877.288.2789 and we will begin the claim process and get it taken care of for you right away. USPS might require an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice otherwise we cannot process a claim. If an item is damaged upon receipt repairs are free of charge.
What if the ring is the wrong size? It is important to obtain an accurate ring size. This pdf provides many methods for measuring ring size, however, please be aware that they might not produce accurate results. Accurate results are therefore not guaranteed. A visit to a local jeweler to have your ring size checked is the only way to accurately measure your finger size. If you were not successful with the tips above and received the wrong ring size, don’t worry! Tartx has a 60 day exchange policy. Tartx jewelry is designed for everyday wear. To minimize scratches and other damage, we recommend when not wearing your Tartx jewelry you store it away from other jewelry either in a soft cloth pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. Most of the jewelry, wine stoppers, wine charms, etc. are waterproof, however, we recommend that you remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming or doing the dishes. Exposure to chlorine, chemicals and excess water can damage the metals as well as your piece of jewelry. Silver, Bronze and Resin though being durable materials can be scratched and marred by sharp or hard objects.
Accidentally scratched the the resin on your jewelry? Your piece of jewelry looking worn from lots of wear? No problem. We will remake your piece as many times as you need, for $15 per treatment. Your piece will be re-polished, repaired, re-poured and then returned to you. If you are wanting to process a repair here are the instructions for returning an item for a repair treatment.
Lose or damage just one of your earrings from the pair? The other one can be replaced for half the price of the pair. Email tartx@tartx.com or Contact Us so we can tell you the procedure for getting this done.
Sterling Silver is easy to care for, here are a few tips to keep it bright and shiny. Sterling Silver jewelry should not be worn when in contact with chemicals or cleaners and all jewelry should be put on after make-up and hair products. We recommend storing bright sterling pieces in small plastic bags or anti-tarnish cloth bags and out of sunlight to slow oxidation of silver. Wearing your silver jewelry often is the best way to prevent tarnish build-up, a dulling that naturally occurs when silver reacts with oxygen. To clean your silver, use polishes formulated specifically to remove tarnish. Sunshine Polishing Cloths are my favorite cloth polishers. Take care not to polish the resin (where the image is) with the silver polish as the solution might scratch it.
Bronze is a metal that has been used for centuries to make jewelry. It is prized for its deep golden tone, without the price of gold. Bronze jewelry may acquire a warmer and darker antique patina as the piece ages.Tartx bronze jewelry is electrocoated to prevent tarnishing. After normal wear, the coating will eventually wear off, at which time the jewelry can be cleaned with a bronze or brass cleaner commonly found at any store that sells cleaning products. Bronze can leave a green tarnish on some peoples' skin. Avoid wearing your bronze jewelry in the shower, while sleeping or exercising, and remove your jewelry before washing your hands. Take care not to polish the resin (where the image is) with the brass polish as the solution might scratch it.
To keep your decorative linen Tea Towel in tip top shape please hand wash in cold water and hang dry. Low set iron if needed.
Flour Sack Towels are very durable and may be machined washed, tumble dried and ironed when needed.
Machine wash cold, line dry or tumble dry low. Iron when needed.

Start by creating your own wishlist - click on the Wishlist link at the top of the page and then click on 'view your wishlist'. New customers will click on 'sign up here' to register by providing a name and an email address and then selecting a password. And now you're ready to go!
